The hotel's location is central. The seafront, the i360 tower, pubs, and cafés are within a short walk. i appreciated the park next door. the staff were friendly and helpful . i would stay there again.
The hotel has no reception. There was a notice on the entrance door with a phone number! nobody answered.

the staff addressed all requests quickly. they provided information and directions! they ensured i had everything i needed. the service was available 24/7 through a dedicated phone line.

The location was convenient for getting around the area and seeing local attractions.
My room had several issues, including a window that did not close properly and let in a cold draft I had to turn up the heat.

the room was clean upon arrival. the location is very central. i appreciated the late check-in option, as it suited my travel schedule.
the walls seemed thin. i heard sounds from other rooms, a distraction. the door handle in my room wasn't fully functional, so i had issues leaving my room one morning. there was also a noticeable lack of a front desk.
